Pendidikan atau Pelatihan Minimal:
- Ready to in house at Hotel
- Have basic knowledge in all aspect hotel operation
- Good leadership skill and problem solving
- Must have excellent speech and written skills in order to communicate with managers, guests and employees
- Have a basic knowledge in Business Strategy Development
- Experience in international organisation or brand.
- New business and organisation set up experience
- Target Oriented
- Manage business finances by preparing and monitoring strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- Monthly review of financial statement in order to correct problems, assure spending is in line and to plan for future business
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives of overall facility
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract high-profile guests Proficient in relevant software and tools
- Implement efficient operational procedures to enhance overall efficiency
- Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
