The Opportunity:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Team. Maintenance teams mainly focus on ensuring all the equipment, interior and exterior, and MEP of the club and HO working properly over time. Especially, not affecting the activity of the members and clubs.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for leading the Maintenance staff team in areas outside of Jabodetabek
- Coordinate and carry out comprehensive reporting to the Central Maintenance team (Head Office)
- Coordinating maintenance activities with subordinates to check the condition of equipment and machines, ensure the equipment is always in good condition, and fulfill the Club’s requirements to run well.
- Ensure equipment is always in a safe and stable condition, meeting club standard requirements.
- Receive improvement proposals, organize human resources in the maintenance staff effectively, and maximize the capacity of each maintenance staff member.
- Manage equipment, equipment, and building facilities (AC, Civil, Plumbing, Electrical).
- Analyze and evaluate equipment status and provide quick solutions.
- Plan preventive, supervise and monitor the implementation of preventive equipment and AC in the club
- Control spare parts, components, and spare parts to ensure that supplies are available for maintenance and repair.
- Carry out technical supervision of new clubs, club renovations, and the infrastructure of the entire club.
- Manage and control the use of petty cash which will be accountable to superiors
- Create monthly schedules and reports related to maintenance implementation
- Make regular reports of damage to all equipment throughout the club
What We Need:
- Placed in the Surabaya area and can make visits to areas where FITHUB operates
- Have experience in managing buildings (Building/Facilities Management) for at least 3 years, especially in the hospitality/retail industry/food & beverage retail sector which has a network of offline stores throughout Indonesia
- Understand and master MEP work and maintenance
- Understand and master civil/interior work and maintenance
- Understand and master HVAC work and maintenance
- Understand and master K3
