General Requirements:
- Good oral and written English communication skills is a must.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
- Highly organized and smart with a high sense of urgency.
- Highly analytical and keen attention to details.
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in MS Office.
Specific Requirements:
- With minimum Diploma / S1 Any University Degree. A degree in Chemistry/Fisheries / Food Technology or related field courses will be an asset.
- Having experience and knowledge on export / import process and regulation, documentations preparation and packaging requirements would be an advantage
- Must be willing to travel extensively and for extended periods of time when necessary.
- Must be willing to have flexibility to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
- Not color blind. Not having seafood allergy would be plus.
Major Duties:
- Inspect products and its packaging to make sure the product quality and label information is within the specifications/requirements.
- Assisting R&D of products development, production optimization, chemical application.
- Report the inspection findings and/or result of R&D.
- Assist or teach packers on how to process new product/item.
- Do supplier/factory audit and/or product monitoring whenever necessary and make reports.
- Monitoring progress of each trade/order and regularly update clients on the progress of their orders.
- Monitoring consolidation and supervising loading.
- Anticipate and solving problem related to production and shipment execution.
- Assist Traders in soliciting offers, respond to clients.
- Analyzing potential of the new product both on packer and buyer side.
- Establishing good relationship to packer and buyer.
- Any & all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
