Responsibility :
- To assist Branch Manager / Sales Manager in leading and directing the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
- To assist Branch Manager / Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plan
- Identifying appropriate business targets
- Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
- Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Management Transportation from reputable university
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company)
- Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages will be plus point
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Placement in branch office Surabaya
- Able to join as soon as possible
