Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years as sales in logistic/forwarder industry
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Required Knowledge and Skill(s): logistic knowledge, custom, export import, have customer database in export import, experience in forwarding or EMKL, filing system, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, leveraging network, business process understanding, fast learner, easy going, target oriented
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all project and market are followed up
- Ensuring customer needs are fulfilled
- Ensuring relationship with customer are well maintained
- Monitoring market trends & exploring new market
- Monitoring logistics movement together with operation
- Monitoring shipment status and coordinating with customer regarding shipment process
- Planning customer visit (existing and new)
- Finding and prospecting suitable cargo
- Inquiring customer needed to prepare liner service, rate, transit time
- Assisting superiors to create package for cargo shipment
- Calculating rate for customer needs
- Coordinating with Customer Service for checking liner service, rate, transit time and other information needed for the cargo
- Assisting superiors to submit the final document for customer
- Negotiating with customer to meet competitive rate and best level of service
- Continuously contact regular customer to maintain good relationship
- Continuously updating market situation
- Building and maintaining relationship with related parties
- Preparing report including activity/performance report, market report, and all report needed
- Coordinating with commercial administration related to payment voucher
