Job Purposes:
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers in Sulawesi and East Indonesia
- Growing the market penetration in Sulawesi, East Indonesia and maintenance project only in East Java
- Monitor daily activity related to delivery, collection and asking approval for every quotation
- Monitor and report the competitor activity and other relevant information
- Maintains regular service to customers in a nominated geographical area or district in order to achieve sales target
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve yearly sales target by volume, sales revenue and contribution margin
- Contribute to achieve yearly target of Protective Coatings.
- Contribute to manage minimum CM 47,5%
- 100% implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for project opportunity and customer complaint
- Requires traveling to Sulawesi and East Indonesia
- Able to interact well with internal department and all customers in Sulawesi & East Indonesia
- Provide sales forecast for 12 months on every 1st of the month
- Submit monthly sales report on every 1st of the month
- Submit 9MRF on every 1th of the month
- Prepare the business planning for Sulawesi and East Indonesia for 1 year ahead during Business Plan Meeting once a year
- Represent company in business code of conduct
- Implement and assure the approved strategy in her/his territory implementation.
- Gain New Good customer minimum 5 by yearly
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any related fields, Engineering as advantage
- Able to communicate in English ; speaking and writing
- Computer literate
- Good in communication, selling skill and negotiation
- Minimum 2 years in selling job role
