Qualifications & experience
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience as a Legal Officer within a leading FMCG, franchise, distribution, warehousing, or manufacture company.
- Have a sufficient comprehension of commercial law, government regulations, land certificate agreement drafting
- Excellent skill of agreement drafting and ability of document filing & administration.
- Familiarity with OSS, SIINAS, LKPM Online is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both in spoken and written English and Bahasa.
- Mastery in English for drafting Legal Agreement
- Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing agreement request (checking legal documents, checking commercial & technical documents, drafting, discussion, finalization, signing)
- Manage, filing, and administrate legal documents
- Assist corporate Legal Indofood in processing land certificates
- Assist HRD & Layanan Konsumen in the event of legal claims from external parties
