Qualification :
Have 2 years of Marketing, Sells, and banqueting (hotel/wedding consultant)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project with changing demands
Positive attitude and flexibility is a must
Understanding of marketing strategic and customer behaviors
Bachelor’s of marketing and business degree or equivalent job experience
Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales targets
Job description :
To support the growth of business for the Ballroom’s conference and banqueting service across 4 sites area in Ballroom
Promote and sell PT Cahaya Ballroom Kemayoran extensive venue hire portfolio
Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
Generating sales leads
Achieving sales targets
Supporting delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Ensuring delivery of excellence in customer service
Deal with costumer/ potential customer enquires
Keeping accurate records
Budgeting and costing of events for clients
Ensuring cost associated with delivery are controlled in line with budgets
KPI implementation and monitoring
Supporting the department in ensuring health & safety regulation are met
Service of internal requirements
General office administrations to support business growth and accurate record keeping
Covering in absence to support the wider conference and banqueting function
Coordinator of staff to deliver events
Negotiation and relationship development with external suppliers
Cross working with Social Media Specialist and Graphic Design
