Job Description :
- Monitoring Transportation Project Local Delivery
- Review costing and selling including P&L Daily report to management.
- Company representative for communication to customer
- Formulate fleet management, material handling and other operational strategies.
- Provide effective strategical and operational recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
- Support the development and implementation of the transportation operation.
- Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly based on development plans.
- Review and identify effectiveness of risk management plans and resources for transport execution.
- Anticipate emerging transport operations parameters to determine future resource requirements.
- Develop the strategic positioning of transportation operation processes.
- Review incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps and review cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost and efficiency.
- Review business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness, engage senior management for buy-in to implement solutions identified and manage overall transportation operations.
- Maintain current customer and develop vendor management.
Requirements :
- At least diploma or bachelor degree in Logistics & Transportation or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Transport Manager
- Experience handling feed and heavy product.
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Know Detail Transportation Process
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point (know detail Excel Formula)
- Placement area: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
- Able to join immediately
