The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with Marketing background who is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro. Your role is crucial to craft visually stunning and engaging content in support of the company’s marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create visually appealing graphics, including infographics, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials both digital and printed.
• Develop and produce designs for property listings, social media campaigns and print materials.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and other graphical elements to support marketing projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collect relevant data and information to be used in infographics, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
• Produce engaging content across various platforms.
• Content management and copywriting.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Keep up with design trends, data visualisation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers and other third-party service providers as needed to execute design projects.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed designs to ensure compliance and consistency with brand guidelines.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in related field;
• Fully vaccinated;
• Proficient in ENGLISH LANGUAGE in all aspects (active ENGLISH MANDATORY);
• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related profession;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro);
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required;
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
• Work-based on Australian Eastern Standard time (working hours 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.);
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently;
• Efficient and well-organised
• Able to effectively mange and prioritise multiple projects; and
• A positive and can-do attitude.
