Job Responsibilities:
- Control and coordinate mechatronic activities related to system engineering and project, and to assure activities are completed within specified specifications, quality, budget and time;
- To control all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with company standard, execute in a safe and free from environment disturbance;
- Manage project cost based on working budget and make effective budget by simplifying process and construction procedure;
- Manage scheduled date in each project;
- Manage project quality and increase reliability of each equipment in each project;
- To ensure that all subordinates follow all of OS&H, and environment rules and regulations, in order to achieve – as minimum as possible – accident, hazard exposure, working illness, and all waste released were well treated through development of personnel’s awareness & skill, and regular monitoring & inspection;
- To execute engineering work including design, purchasing, construction site work in each project;
- Support or advise project engineers from technical point of view;
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Mechatronics Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the relevant field.
- Have an experience in handling FFS bagging machine system.
- Have a basic knowledge of OH&S principle, understanding plant hazard and its countermeasure, able to lead accident investigation, has a capability to react properly when accident happened;
- Have a basic knowledge of environment parameters, understanding impact of hazardous waste release and its countermeasure, able to lead environment pollution investigation;
- Able to write and speak English well, good communication and project management skills, diligent and have initiative;
- Placement: Cilegon (Plant);
- Contract based, have an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.
