Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the operational costs of general trade.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate alignment of payments for promotion and return costs with sales briefs.
- In charge of implementing a pricing strategy based on time-activity and geographic zones for all areas.
- Responsible of ensuring that all trade activities are in compliance with established trading terms.
- Tasked with conducting analysis on the cost-return ratio for each General Trade and presenting the results.
- Accountable for ensuring the timely payment of sales expenses that are in accordance with internal memos.
- Assisting in the collection of VAT for Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) returns.
- Managed approval process for removal of bad stock, deletion of new product development.
- Gather necessary supporting documents from Modern Trade customers to reconcile outstanding accounts receivable.
- Verified and reconciled deduction data to ensure accuracy, including information completion, document verification, handover document preparation, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance Accounting
- Experience in General Admin, invoicing Tax, Account Payable / Receivable & Preparation of Financial Report, and or well-known Public Accounting Office (KAP).
- Well understanding & experience with Accounting, FAT, Corporate Tax, treasury & cash management.
- Computer skills (Ms. Office & ERP Systems).
- Problem solving oriented, keen attention to details, able to work effectively under pressure.
- A good command of English is a must.
