Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Textile qualification or technical background
- Prior experience in production line and Supervision
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Experience working with the same position.
- Good analytical thinking & creative
- Excellent communication & strong analytical skill
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
1. Control & monitor production planning
- Request/Order the raw material & make up material based on the stock position and target.
2. Control & monitoring the process
- Ensure the process are following the process data
- Ensure the process data, procedures, work instruction, identification and other documentation systems are in place and updated.
- Control each stage of process and ensure that the process are well controlled, following the procedures and meeting the standard.
- Ensure that housekeeping & 5S systems are followed and maintain on an going basis.
3. Control and monitoring the performance.
- Ensure the maximum production output is obtained through the analyzing the Eff % & U % of machines and operator.
- Ensure that the production output meet the delivery date and quality required by Customer.
- Control the waste & non-conformance product to meet the target.
- Liaise with other department (Quality, Maintenance, Electrician, warehouse/logistic) to make corrective & preventive action.
- Control the process to minimize Customer complaint through effective communication within the operators to follow procedures to meet the quality standard.
4. Coaching, motivate & developing subordinate.
- Ensure that discipline is implemented in all employees.
- Ensure that all workers are properly trained on their allocation.
- Establish effective communication with workers.
- Establish good communication & relationship with superiors and relevant departments.
