Job Description
- Develop, build, and manage Outside Jabodetabek wholesale channel to achieve sales targets
- Uses data to analyze sales results and develop plans to drive better sales performance
- Prepare sales pitches and materials for business presentations and proposals leading to sales closure
- Execute the sales strategy to achieve or exceed the sales target
- Getting new opening outlet (NOO) through calls or direct via an area salesperson
- Work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Finance, Operations teams, etc. to develop effective strategies to
achieve sales target - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required languages Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience in wholesale management, and the retail industry, preferably with Mom and Baby Care products.
- Required Skills in sales, business development, negotiable, target, and sales report.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to business trips outside of the city or region.
- Office-based location : Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara
