LIT group is expanding as we come up with innovative concepts and carry out brand-new initiatives while overcoming obstacles. We are now seeking enthusiastic and imaginative people to join us on our adventure, work with us, and develop as a team.
We are looking for Creative Graphic Designer to complement our Marketing & Communication Team that creates marketing content across offline and online communication platforms for a beauty brand.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design print and digital materials (marketing campaigns / promotional materials / collaterals)
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop design concepts
- Receive feedback from the marketing team and make necessary changes
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (art / design / creative multimedia or equivalent) welcome to apply!
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro
- Passion in beauty, lifestyle, social media trends
- Basic skills requirements: Photography, Videography, Typography, Good in English (verbal & written) will be a plus point
- Good taste and eye for classy aesthetics, colors, and details
- Loves to be creative and create digital content for printed media (key visuals, collaterals, social media contents)
- Able to interact, communicate, share & present ideas to strengthen brand identity through various designs material
- Having interest in nail art / nails treatment will be additional plus point!
- Positive working attitude, team player, and able to work immediately in WFO working arrangement daily in our office located in Kemang area Jakarta Selatan.
