Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from relevant background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resource similar area
- Have an experience from education or service industry will be advantage
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written in English
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
Job Responsibilities:
- Design the overall recruitment strategy and process.
- Ensure effective implementation and evaluation of recruitment process to obtain high potential incumbents for organization.
- Manage acquisition, talent pool and selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resources.
- Establish and maintain quality relation with internal users and external parties.
- Manage talent within the organization by implementing process which align with organization business strategy.
- Ensure quality of workforce by monitoring the overall recruitment process.
- Optimize service delivery for all processes in recruitment department.
