Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from relevant background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resource similar area
• Have an experience from education or service industry will be advantage
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written in English
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat

Job Responsibilities:

• Design the overall recruitment strategy and process.
• Ensure effective implementation and evaluation of recruitment process to obtain high potential incumbents for organization.
• Manage acquisition, talent pool and selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resources.
• Establish and maintain quality relation with internal users and external parties.
• Manage talent within the organization by implementing process which align with organization business strategy.
• Ensure quality of workforce by monitoring the overall recruitment process.
• Optimize service delivery for all processes in recruitment department.
