Job Description
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans (target achievement, sales & marketing strategy, performance measurement, business tactics, and daily management)
2. Employee a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales target
3. Maintain mutual relationship with clients and partner
4. Sourcing potential clients through several channels
5. Maintain database contain existing and new clients
6. Develop excellent relationship with clients to fulfill their needs
7. Negotiate and close agreements with clients
Requirements
1. Must have an experience as Account Officer / Sales Project in IT Consultant Software any sector industries.
2. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Have a wide knowledge and relations
4. Able to work individually or in a team
5. Minimum SMK / D3 / S1 degree any major (prefer Marketing Management or other related major)
6. Have excellent communication & interpersonal skill (verbal and written)
7. Strong data management and ability to analyze problems and resolve swiftly
8. Able to build and foster good relationship with clients
9. Able to do product demonstrations and deliver solutions
10. Able to create opportunity with clients
11. Able to grasp client’s requirement and propose good solutions for clients
12. Able to work with target
13. Positive attitude is a must
14. Get things done attitude
