The Group have plantations in Sumatera and Kalimantan and is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join its team to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations

• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards

• Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time delivery

• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

• Implement plant safety working condition and environmental control measures

• Share trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective ROA

• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor Degree in an engineering field, preferably Chemical Engineering

• At least 12 years relevant experience in related field is required for this position

• Have leadership qualities

• Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently

• Willingness to relocate

• Good with computer & MS Office

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu (to communicate with Indonesian associates)
